Liberty Elem 5th Grade Graduation Submissions

This page is for 5th grade graduation messages only. If you are submitting classroom, event, or activity photos, please use yearbookliberty.com instead.

Here you will share one childhood photo of your 5th grader, along with a short message that will appear beside it in the graduation section of the yearbook.

Please have ready:

Your child’s first and last name, so we can match the photo to the right student
Childhood photo
A message of 25 words or fewer

Photos should be at least 300 KB and 1200 pixels. A photo from your phone is already large enough. If you are scanning an old printed photo, please scan it at 300 dpi or higher, screenshots and photos saved from Facebook, Instagram, or a text message are usually too small to print clearly.

If you have more than one 5th grader, please submit this form once for each child.

JPEG, JPG or PNG ( max 50 Files )Upload the original photo from your camera roll. Older baby and toddler photos are fine, but scans or phone pictures of a printed photo often come out too small to print. Photos must be at least 1 MB and 2400 pixels wide.
